RFQ - Management of helpline to enable access to services for rural and remote areas as well as marginalized women and girls

UNFPA Azerbaijan CO will establish a partnership with a local organization to organize the management and the provision of hotline services to support survivors of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) in Azerbaijan.  

This Request for Quotation is open to all legally constituted organizations that can provide the requested services and have legal capacity to perform in the country.

Contract duration: March, 2024 – March, 2025

Specific Conditions: Ownership of the output: UNFPA

The deadline for submission of questions: March 15, 2024 at 12:00 Baku time. 

Questions will be answered in writing and shared with all parties as soon as possible after this deadline.

Instructions for submission: Proposals should be prepared based on the guidelines set forth in Section IV above, along with a properly filled out and signed price quotation form, are to be sent by e-mail or mail to the contact person indicated below no later than: March 18, 2024 at 18:00 Baku time.
