Local food recipes of the North-West region of Azerbaijan - book

Local food recipes prepared from regional products are included in the booklet prepared within the framework of the "Development of sustainable and inclusive food systems in the North-West region of Azerbaijan" project. The main goal of the project is to promote food products belonging to the region and to introduce local product producers within the project. The project is implemented with the support of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the financial support of the European Union.
