Developing the sheep value chain in Azerbaijan – Vision 2025

About: The Sheep Value chain analysis is the first comprehensive document that describes a methodological approach to analysing the current situation of the sheep sector and its potential development. It is based on extensive interviews of more than 300 producers, traders and Government officials that each provides an insight into the different stakeholder's roles in this sector. It presents the results very simply and is accessible to all stakeholders. Finally, it gives some recommendations for continuing to develop the industry, whether meat, wool or dairy.
