RFP - Hard and soft skills` development training for 200 returnee IDP women in different regions of Azerbaijan (including Karabakh and East-Zangezur)

Dear Bidder, The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Azerbaijan hereby invites you to submit a Bid to the Invitation to Bid (ITB) UNDP-AZE-00571: Hard and soft skills` development training for 200 returnee IDP women in different regions of Azerbaijan (including Karabakh and East-Zangezur).
