This publication presents the Concluding observations issued by UN Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women on the sixth periodic report of Azerbaijan in 2022.
Concluding observations are the observations and recommendations issued by UN human rights treaty bodies after consideration of reports of the State parties on the implementation of UN human rights treaties. Concluding observations refer both to positive aspects of a State party’s implementation of the human rights treaty and areas where the human rights treaty body recommends that further action needs to be taken by the State.
