Available only in Azerbaijani, this manual called ”Compilation of General Comments adopted by the Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD)”. This compilation includes the General Comments #1, 2, 3 and 4.

The manual was published as part of the project financially supported by EU  and implemented by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights. on “Enhancing the capacity of national actors in promoting and protecting human rights”.
